1. Introduction

Welcome to AI Fusion

By accessing or using our website, services, products, software, or participating in any AI Fusion programs, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our services.
  • You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your country.
  • AI Fusion services are not available to residents of jurisdictions where Forex trading or investment services are prohibited.

3. Risk Disclosure

  • Trading foreign exchange (Forex) and investing in financial markets involves significant risk and may not be suitable for all investors.
  • The value of investments can rise and fall, and you may lose part or all of your capital.
  • Past performance does not guarantee future results.
  • No guarantee is provided that any investment strategy, trading technology, or software will generate profits.
  • You are solely responsible for evaluating your financial situation, objectives, and risk tolerance before engaging in any trading or investment activity.
  • We strongly recommend seeking independent financial advice from a licensed professional.

    • Trading Forex, cryptocurrencies, and commodities involves a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Leverage can work both to your advantage and disadvantage. You may lose all or part of your invested capital.

    Cryptocurrencies are highly volatile assets, subject to unpredictable market fluctuations and varying regulations depending on the jurisdiction. Trading crypto assets may involve additional risks related to liquidity, technology, and cybersecurity.

    By using the broker’s services, you acknowledge and accept all associated risks. The user remains solely responsible for their investment decisions and capital management.

4. Services Provided

AI Fusion offers:

  • AI-powered Forex trading solutions in Low Risk (2–8% monthly returns) and Medium Risk (up to 35% monthly returns) strategies.
  • A compensation plan including Direct Bonuses and Differential Bonuses.
  • Access to proprietary trading software, investment strategies, and incentive programs.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

  • Minimum Deposit: $100
  • Maximum Deposit: $10,000,000 per account
  • Deposit Fees: $2 + 2% of the deposit amount
  • Withdrawal Fees: 3%
  • Profit Payments: Generated profits are paid Monday to Friday (Forex market days).
  • Commissions: Withdrawable 7 days a week.
  • Capital Withdrawal: You can request the withdrawal of 90% of your initial capital from the deposit date once a month for the SAFE account and 50% for the MEDIUM account. You cannot withdraw the deposit to the FUNDED 10x account.
  • Processing Times: (up to 48h) — AI Fusion will process withdrawals within a reasonable timeframe but does not guarantee same-day processing.

6. Compensation Plan

  • The compensation plan is based on Profit Sharing Bonuses, Rebates Bonus and Deposit Bonuses as detailed in the AI Fusion plan documentation.
  • Bonuses are calculated on profits and/or deposits depending on the applicable program.
  • Bonus payouts are subject to qualification requirements, rank achievement, and compliance with these Terms.
  • AI Fusion reserves the right to modify the compensation plan at any time to ensure business sustainability.

7. Incentive Trips & Promotions

  • Qualification criteria (sales targets, deposit requirements, deadlines) are defined for each incentive program.
  • Incentive rewards, including trips, are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent.
  • AI Fusion reserves the right to modify or cancel incentive programs at any time.

8. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and updated information during registration.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and refrain from fraudulent, abusive, or unethical practices.
  • Use AI Fusion’s software and content solely for personal or authorized business purposes.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All software, technology, trademarks, and content provided by AI Fusion are our intellectual property or licensed to us.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any AI Fusion software or content without our written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • AI Fusion and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our services.
  • All trading and investment activities are undertaken at your own risk.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to our services.

11. Amendments

AI Fusion reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
